Back by popular demand-Social Media Happy Hour!  We had such a great turnout last year that we decided to do it again...AND we added a second date!

Both classes will be at Laughing Water Restaurant at Crazy Horse Memorial from 5:00-7:00pm-social hour from 5:00-5:30 with the class from 5:30-7:00pm.  The classes are free to attend with drinks and food available for purchase from Laughing Water Restaurant.

Our first class is on January 29th and will be presented by Toby Brusseau of Brusseau Productions.  Toby is a multifaceted storyteller. Working as a marketing director he collaborates with clients on the best content marketing and branding strategy for their business. Working with a team of cinematographers, graphic designers, editors, and web designers, Toby creates amazing, relevant content. Graduating from the University of Montana in Missoula with a degree in Communications/Psychology, he has utilized his experiences and talents and works with clients around the United States, including Chrysler, Harley Davidson, The Grilled Cheese Truck, Craftsman Tools, Rock Star Energy Drink, The Ocean Institute, and The 777 Bison Ranch.

Toby’s Social Media Happy Hour class will focus primarily on CONTENT-what makes good content, how to create good content, and how to use your content to receive good engagement on your social media accounts.  He will even be showing some tips and tricks for taking better photos with your cellphone.

Our second class will be on January 31st and will be presented by Ann Morrow of Green Owl Media.  Ann is a writer, photographer & media manager. Through her businesses (Green Owl Media & Photography & Mickelson Trail Affiliates) she gets to do what she loves most – explore and promote the Black Hills and its businesses through social media, photography, and digital advertising.  Green Owl Media launched in January 2015. Since that time, Ann has had the pleasure of helping area businesses, organizations and event venues stay connected to their fans, followers and customers by creating and curating daily content for their social media platforms.  In addition to helping clients with their online presence, she photographs their events, communities and surrounding landscapes for use in advertising and social media promotions.

Ann’s Social Media Happy Hour class will focus primarily on Facebook for business.  Topics will include how Facebook is constantly changing/evolving, Facebook do's and don'ts, Live Videos/Photos/Stories, content calendars, and MORE!
