There are only (3) RV sites on the property so your family can enjoy a quiet camping experience (NOT a busy campground).

The RV is 29 feet in length, and the campsite has a firepit and picnic table.

The space

Extraordinary camping location with a wonderful, fully stocked RV, perfect for a family vacation. 1 Queen bed and 4 other twin size beds allows you to sleep 6. The camper resides on 4 acres of private property with FULL hookups, AC and heater if necessary for those cooler nights. Truly setup to be a camping dream, this is your "home away from home" in the Black Hills. Setup for your comfort and ready to host your family or your group of up to 6.

5 minutes to downtown Custer, 15 minutes to Crazy Horse, Custer State Park and Jewel Cave, 20 minutes to Hill City, 35 minutes to Mount Rushmore, 45 minutes to The Mammoth Site and Hot Springs... you get the idea... This IS the ideal location for your Black Hills vacation.

Kitchen is equipped with EVERYTHING you could imagine needing for your short or long term stay.

The RV is setup for your Work From Home needs. We provide fiber to the home Internet access with a Ubiquiti Business Class network (WiFi is truly business class).

TV is a smart TV for any / all of your streaming needs.

PETS ARE PERMITTED ONLY with prior approval and completion of a Pet Addendum to the AirBNB lease. No pets or animals other than those specified on the Pet Addendum are allowed on the property at any time and violation of this policy will result in automatic assessment of additional charges and cleaning fees (TBD).

Other things to note

Don’t buy firewood for the outdoor firepit! Fire starters, marshmallow roasting sticks, firewood… it’s all provided! Just please ENSURE that you DRENCH the fire pit when done please. We have a bucket for water if you’re going to use the outdoor fire pit.

The grocery in town (also the largest selection of liquor / beer / wine) is called Lynn’s DakotaMart. It’s no more than 10 minutes from the home… has everything you’ll need for groceries.

We are available for long-term, year-round tenants with thier own RV/trailer!
