Maria comes from Hildalgo Mexico, where she grew up cooking with her grandmother and mother.  Maria's Mexican prides themselves in authentic Mexican fare including hand-made corn tortillas tamales, salsas and traditional Mexican desserts.  Maria's is an upbeat, family orientated business decorated with many hand crafted items from Maria's home state of Hildalgo.  Many items on the menu are gluten free.
