"I hope to work with businesses in Custer and the surrounding region by assisting them with their recruiting and hiring needs, as well as developing strategies to reduce employee turnover and the retention of their current staff members. As a member of the Business Services Team with the South Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation, we offer a variety of services at no cost to help and assist businesses with these efforts."
