Join us for a unique and immersive experience at Custer State Park – How to Train Your Bison!
Something is causing the bison herd to stampede and destroy our community. We need your help to find out what!
Embark on a guided 2-mile hike from the Visitor Center to the Game Lodge Campground, where you'll uncover the mystery behind the disturbance. Along the way, interact with actors and learn about park management and wildlife conservation.
Explore decorated campsites and mystery stations, and work together to save the community! Each 60-minute hike is led by a guide and departs every 15 minutes from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday and 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
Reservations are required; call (605) 394-2693 to secure your spot! No fee for the hike, but a park entrance license is required (available at the Visitor Center).
